Evan Witt Been on a post-rock/math-rock kick for the last couple of months and I am more than happy to add this album to my collection. Everything about it is beautiful, from the music to the cover art. Favorite track: Lights at Rendlesham.
Michael Howell

Michael Howell A perfect alchemy of Post & Math, an enveloping work of assertive mysticism. Favorite track: Salvo.
Roy Meerkamper

Roy Meerkamper Excellent prog by a really good band. Their first effort was a little too math-rocky for me, but this one shows a maturity and an interest to amp up the complexity without sacrificing melody or continuity. Really fun to listen to. Found in Dr. Beaf's collection.
Dr. Beaf

Dr. Beaf What a huge sound for a three piece band. Stuff is happening everywhere. Always fascinating, sometimes complex, other times gentle and generally encapsulating. These guys have a brilliantly competent refinement of their art. I could just imagine a conversation goes like "Does this sound boring? Perhaps we should throw it into 6/8 time and have heaps of other things happen for fun! Better yet, let us keep Beaphy happy and have some long epic instrumental tracks". Definitely worthy of a Vinyl buy! Favorite track: Halcyon Days.
Chris Scan

Chris Scan Rhythmically challenging, but melodically engaging. Completely inventive, and wholly unique. Favorite track: Tetralemma.

Way in the back of the line your peace is a dim street light amongst the neon signs Run in place all the time chasing down your long lost fight as the days slip by Change into a fresh set of skin paint yourself in green and blue and pretend you're you See reflected up on the screen old movies in black and white in your dreams last night You fall apart at the sight can't let a few bad times obscure your life Watch the hillside in bloom illuminate as the glowing lights learn to fly Hey, you took it in stride spitting image of father's pride when you say "bye bye"
